A Planned Development zoning allows a superior use of the site from the standpoint of the human and natural environment. It makes an active live, work, play community viable. A PD zoning, in contrast to a standard subdivision, will have less impact in site coverage and square footage. This also allows us to create a calm pedestrian park area open to the community.
