We will control the quality of our addition to this community with a carefully crafted Pattern Book.  This Pattern Book, which is 101 pages, will be the guide for the architects who design the houses and townhouse style buildings of the development.  The Pattern Book details the site plan, common areas and gives an overview of the history of buildings on St. Simons.  It also includes sections on design elements, construction materials to be used, landscaping that will be allowed, etc.  While this is a highly controlling book it still allows room for the architects to give individual design to each building creating a Village and not a "project."
